Story Overview: Based in Pasadena, California, two geniuses Leonard Hofstadter (experimental physicist) and Sheldon Cooper (theoretical physicist) are roommates. Across the hall houses Penny (waitress/aspiring actress) who emphasizes the 'dumb blond'. She has befriended the nerd twosome and their two friends Howard Wolowitz (aerospace engineer) and Rajesh Kooothrappali (particle astrophysicist). Together this group of five get into some quirky situation only a brainiac could get into.
Season three of The Big Bang Theory brings on some more challenges for nerds. Rajesh still cannot talk to women unless intoxicated , Sheldon lacks social skills and a whole slew of problems. You can watch Leonard try being a football fan, Sheldon's stage fright, Raj works for a friend and some of Penny and Leonard's love.
Unlike the passes seasons, this one becomes a lot more sarcastic. With Sheldon understanding humour and physiology he has now been able to join in with a few “Bazinga's” of his own. Because of this the show has slowed down on the amount of nerd jokes. Never the less the show still brings comedy to the table for nerds with a side dish of sarcasm.
